Day of Days


Today is the 62nd Anniversary of D-Day. I have no poignant commentary. There is nothing I can say that would add to the impact and meaning of what these brave men endured and accomplished on this historic day. I only want to say, "Thank you!" and to remind others to not only to remember, but also to learn about the events of the day. Only through history can we put the events of today in proper perspective.

For example, did you know that the British press knowlingly ran fake stories in order to assist the government in executing the invasion effort? Picture that happening today.
